Like many who begin this journey, it started with a simple curiosity—a desire to understand energy, intention, and the unseen forces that shape our everyday lives.
What began as a personal path soon grew into something I could share and teach.
Earth & Embers wasn't the first name I chose for this business, but it felt like the best fit. For me, it meant finding a light within you, hence the company's tagline "Awaken Your Inner Light." For me, it also meant being kind, gentle, and loving toward our Earth Mother and everything she has provided for us.
This is much more than just a store.
It is a place to reconnect, to learn, and to grow.
About the Owner
My name is Evyn, and I’m the owner and founder of Earth & Embers.
Earth & Embers began with a simple belief: spirituality should be something people can explore without feeling like they have to fit into a certain mold—or spend a fortune to do so.
My own spiritual journey has been anything but a straight line. I grew up Catholic, and I’ve spent a lot of time during my spiritual journey trying to separate myself from transferring my old Christian ideals into paganism, because the gods won’t get mad at you just because you made a small mistake or forgot something. We are all still human, after all.
I’ve spent time learning, questioning, experimenting, and discovering what practices resonate with me. That’s how I discovered Greek Paganism. I may be slightly biased, though, since I ended up reading the whole Percy Jackson and Magnus Chase series by Rick Riordan when I was younger.
Over the years, I’ve learned that being spiritual doesn’t always mean you have all the answers; in fact, sometimes the opposite is true. And it’s okay to admit that you don’t know.
I created this business not simply to sell spiritual supplies, but to create a place where people can explore their spirituality on their own terms. Whether you’re experienced in your practice or you’re just starting and wondering where to begin, you deserve a space where you’re welcomed rather than judged.
At the heart of Earth & Embers is the belief that spirituality can be both deeply personal and beautifully communal. There is room here for curiosity, self-discovery, tradition, creativity, and even uncertainty.
You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to be willing to explore.
